• We will be visiting Everitt Farms at Pumpkin Junction, in Ringoes, NJ via Black River & Western Railroad at Flemington Station (20 minutes train ride to pumpkin junction)

LAST DAY TO REGISTER IS TUESDAY OCTOBER 14TH

• 2 ways to get to Black River & Western (BR&W) Railroad - Flemington Station:​
• Ride on a Chartered Bus (recommended):
  • Sunday School has chartered school busses that will take the kids from Hillsborough Middle School to BR&W Railroad Flemington Station.  Kids need to be dropped off at the Middle School by 11:30 am sharp as the busses will leave promptly at 11:45 am.  If you're late, you will miss the bus. 
  • Pickup will be at 3:00 pm sharp from the Hillsborough Middle School.
• Parent drop off:
  • ​ Parents who want to drive their kids themselves to the BR&W Railroad Flemington Station (80 Stangl Rd, Flemington), have to get there by 12:15 sharp, as the train leaves promptly at 12:30 for Everitt Farms - Pumpkin Junction.  If you're late, you will miss the train.  
  • The train arrives back at the Flemington station sometime between 2:00 and 2:15.  Parents have to be at the station to pick up the kids by 2:00 pm.  The Sunday school staff will not be able to be with your children at that time as they have to ride back with the kids in the busses.

Field Trip Day Schedule:

• Kids arrive at Hillsborough Middle School (parking lot) by 11:30 SHARP
• Busses will leave Hillsborough Middle School promptly at 11:45
• Reach BR&W Flemington train station at 12:15 pm
• Board the train in Flemington at 12:30 and arrive at Everitt Farms - Pumpkin Junction. (20 minute ride)
• Train arrives back at the Flemington station between 2:00 and 2:15
• Busses will arrive back at the Middle School between 2:45 and 3:00 pm

• It is required that little kids in class 1 are accompanied by at least one parent.  For other classes, Sunday school staff will be present to monitor the kids, but if you would like to chaperone, please let your child's teacher know. 
• Please note:  Parents who are chaperoning also have to pay for themselves

• Cost: $25 per person includes: (parents who are chaperoning also have to pay $25 for themselves):  
  • Train Ride
  • Corn Maze
  • Petting Zoo
  • Wagon Rides
  • Kid’s Corn Boxes and much more

There are other items available at the farm to purchase (pumpkins, sunflowers, Apple cider, donuts etc.) at an additional cost.  Please send additional $20 cash in an envelope (marked with their names), if you think your kids might want to purchase something at the farm.

(Please have the kids bring a backpack with water/drinks and lunch to eat at lunch time.  Please make sure their bottles and lunch bags are marked with their full names.)
