ABOUT OUR SCHOOL

We, at MCSC Weekend Islamic School, seek to educate young Muslims to be the leaders of tomorrow. 

We bring Muslim children of all backgrounds together to learn about Islam, while encouraging leadership skills and community involvement. Students of our school aim to be Muslims who will effectively work to please Allah, identify themselves through Islam and make a better society at large.

Our School runs on Sundays, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, at the MCSC Masjid, located at 28, New Amwell Road, Hillsborough, NJ. 
We welcome children between the ages of 5 and 13.  

​For 13 years and up, we currently have a boy's youth group, conducted by YM (Young Muslim) brothers, that runs on Saturdays.

​OUR PROGRAM

MCSC Weekend Islamic School nurtures Muslim children by conducting weekly classes, following the Weekend Learning Islamic Studies Curriculum, focusing on establishing a connection between Deen and Dunya, with teachings drawn from the Quran and Sunnah.

In addition, our program also includes:

• Short Surah, Salah and Dua Memorization with meaning and explanation
• Character building and leadership skills
• Seerah and Prophet Stories
• Asma Ul Husna
• Islamic Morals and Etiquettes
• Projects and Group Discussions
